Belly bloat happens, and it's really not fair or nice or wonderful. Despite all of your best efforts, hormones are hormones are life are life. Whether it's because you ate too much, are experiencing some wicked PMS, or your gut health isn't 100%, it's hard to feel comfortable with a bloated body. Luckily, there are some easy, natural ways to combat the bloat and prevent that dark slide to vegetation mode on the couch (though that definitely has its place)...
Last summer was a blur of work and a few weeks of travel, but mostly felt too quick and rushed. I felt as if my life was pulled all over the place with no true direction, and I wanted so many things for the blog I couldn't quite translate into practice just yet. There definitely wasn't enough cocktail experimentation or long, slow days at the beach. Needless to say, I plan on not saying the same thing next year. This summer, I look forward to carving out some moments to try new things, go exploring, and spend time with wonderful friends...
